 Naturally, as a Lions Club, caring for the environment remains very close to our hearts. Even though the official certifications from past years are no longer being issued, we still feel fully committed to the principles and values behind those former labels. We continue to do everything we can to make our Marche Gourmande as sustainable as possible and to avoid unnecessary waste.

In this spirit, we kindly encourage you to bring your own water bottle. At the different stations along the route, you will be able to refill it with water free of charge at any time. This small gesture helps all of us reduce waste and contributes to a more environmentally friendly event.

When it comes to food, we remain guided by the ideas of the former “Anti‑Waste” label. We make every effort to adapt portion sizes appropriately, and anything that is not consumed — and remains hygienically safe — will be donated with pleasure to the Vollekskichen. This ensures that nothing goes to waste and that any surplus still serves a meaningful purpose.
